The free demo site, which you can attach to the DOMAIN name of your choice (at additional charge – see “options/one-off fees” later in this document) is available to all people who register at Nimbiz.com or any of the other NIET sites. It allows access to most editing functionality including WAP.

In order to keep your Free Site active we ask that you log in from time to time – if we don’t see much activity we’ll assume the site is dormant and email you to advise you that we will be deleting your records.

You can change the company Logo and generic pictures in the site, and you can edit all the text in your site, controlling font colours and styles. You can do this yourself by using the editing tool.

Your standard web site will only have one generic template in the one colour displayed and starts with generic pictures and logos which you can change (incl generic gallery images). It is published at a sub domain of the original site.

Banner advertisements will be displayed in the free site, and we will keep in clients up to date with continuing web services from Nimbiz.com

£8 per month upgrade

With each upgrade Nimbus will register a .co.uk domain name for your use. This will include up to 5 email addresses, which will be forwarded to existing email accounts. If you would like to register a .com or other domain name please see below for our latest pricing.

The least cost upgrade cuts down on the free functionality.

There are up to 6 choices of templates and varying colours are available. Features include:

• Up to 4 renamable pages with picture management on each
• News
• Logo and picture management

And the following features are also available;

• Styles
• E-Mailing outbound to groups and individuals from within the web site
• Keyword management for search engine submittal

Features not available

• Counter
• WAP enabled

Customers can send through to Nimbus their 8 pictures (4 main and 4 global) for use in their site and their company logo, or they can upload them themselves from the editing tool. The template chosen and colours should be pre-defined and agreed with Nimbus at the same time. The site’s contents including pictures will remain in their generic locations. Thereby using the generic NIET map.

All advertising will be removed from this and following upgrades

£16 per month upgrade

Up to 8 Pages of content within your choice of Template / Layout

The site will be built based on your brief. We will supply this to you for your approval based on your requirements and our discussions. This process will apply to all further upgrades.

This upgrade includes e-mail forwarding up to 10 email addresses

£24 per month upgrade

This Upgrade has all the benefits of the previous £16 per month upgrade but includes

• Up to 12 pages.
• A gallery section is included in this upgrade. Each picture allows a 5-field description that can be defined through NIET. Pictures are limited to a file size of 50k and are uploadable.
• Tables section; can be used for timetables, catalogues or price lists etc.
• Additional Independent Login for the News Section - Nimbus can provide you with an additional independent log in details (usernames and passwords) so that other members of your organisation can edit the News Section of your site without having access to the whole site. This is useful if you have someone who regularly publishes press releases or news.
• With this upgrade we provide up to 25 POP3 or forwarded email addresses.

Note; if you require the “Brochure Match” or ‘Bespoke” design service then you will have to be at least at this level of Upgrade.

£32 per month upgrade

At this level of Upgrade you get all the previous features together with the following:

• Online Shop – with shopping cart and online invoice management facility and credit card processing. There is an additional one-off set up charge from £48. Items can be displayed through either (or both) the gallery or tables section.
• Matrix Stats; track visitors with detailed live statistics. Find out how many people visit your site on a daily, monthly, weekly, or annual basis; where they are from, which keywords are being used, and much more.
• Table images displayed in separate window.
• Up to 48 pages, 12 recommended

One off fees:

In conjunction with the £24/£32 per month package, Nimbus can offer a bespoke template design service based on one of the following options:

•Brochure Match Design: £448

Nimbus will match the design and layout of a current brochure to your site. This is provided original images, graphics and colours can be provided to Nimbus by the client. Nimbus will integrate NIET into the final design and provide a personalised NIET Map.

•Colour Match: From £96

Nimbiz templates come in a range of colours and layouts. However, should you want to match only the colour of a specific template to your corporate colours we can do this for you. Depending on your upgrade level, the prices are as follows:

•Bespoke Web Design: from £999 quoted on request

If you require a complete design done for your web site (provided the site will operate within the confines of the NIET), Nimbus can consult to do this. You will need to have a pretty good idea of what you want. Nimbus will integrate NIET into the final design and provide a personalised NIET Map.

• Database Integrations: from £700 (£240/day) plus ongoing monthly charges as specified below

In some cases your business may need to publish dynamic content to keep your customers up to date with the latest information. To do this Nimbus may recommend implementation of an SQL database to provide efficient data integration with your site.

Nimbus will consult with you to assess your requirements and provide a quotation based on this.
Please note that database hosting will be charged at an additional £24 per month (shared) and £95 per month (dedicated).

•Transfer of DOMAIN: £45 one off fee

If you already own a DOMAIN then it must be transferred into Nimbus Commerce for HOSTING in order to use the NIMBIZ services – there is a one off fee for this.

• Changes

We will shortly be automating our service to further accommodate design changes. At the moment if you wish to change your design template to one of our other templates you will be charged a one off admin fee for integration into the second template of £45.

Other changes in design (for bespoke services) will be quoted for based on the amount of work involved.

• Email Virus Scanning (£65 per year)

You should never have to worry about getting a nasty virus by email again. With this option all your email will be scanned before it reaches your computer. We update our Virus Definitions in real time to catch even the very latest bugs. If one of your emails is found to contain a virus you will be sent a generic message to inform you and the mail in question placed in quarantine for inspection later.

•Domain Names

You can outright purchase your domain name. You will need to pay annual renewal fees if you wish to take this option. These are as follows:

•DOMAIN management fee, see above (incl 1 x E-mail forwarding)

There is a annual DOMAIN management charge for maintaining your DOMAIN once either purchased from Nimbus Commerce or transferred into our HOSTING, the annual fee (above) varies depending on whether the DOMAIN is a UK TLD or not. This charge is made whether the site is a ‘free’ Nimbiz site or not. E-mail forwarding to one email address is included.

•Additional E- MAIL: £4.00 per month (annual fee £40 per year)

If you opt for the free web site for all your needs and you require more than one email address then up to 4 further EMAIL addresses are available for a “free” NIMBIZ web site for the monthly cost of £4 per month or £40 per annum (set up by standing order)

•Street Level Mapping (£59.95)

We will supply a high resolution 5km x 5km map of your area with your precise location marked on it. We will publish a portion or all of the map on your web site for your visitors to see. The map will be updated annually provided the renewal fee of £45 is paid. An example is available at http://www.nimbiz.com/map

•FREE hosting service

Free hosting is available for customers wishing to manage their own sites via FTP upload. Once they have been issued with their user names and password for this facility there will be no support available from Nimbus Commerce. The FREE hosting service does not allow any server-side scripting functionality ie basic HTML only. Upgraded hosting services are available at various charges for example below. Nimbus Commerce will reserve the right to discontinue this service to any customer who they deem does not operate good practice in HTML design, using optimised graphics etc. Poor design can lead to particularly slow sites. The Nimbiz.com editing tool is designed to allow customers to have a well laid out professional site, and this will be offered to clients who are discontinued from the Free Hosting service under these circumstances.
The service is subject to your domain name being registered and managed by us. The fee for domain management is £12 per annum. You may be liable for a administration charge of £45 for domain transfers.

•Gold Hosting Service (£249.95/year)

As a standard user your site will be hosted on shared Windows 2000 machines with 1GB memory and dual processors, more than capable of handling average web site work loads. However, if you are expecting a high volume of traffic you should consider upgrading to our Gold Hosting service. This provides over ten times the processing power of our standard hosting solution to your web site and is sparsely populated, making this solution ideal for busy e-commerce sites or sites which have a large amount of dynamic content.

• SALSA-10 web site promotion (£799.95) & SALSA-20 (£1399.95)*

SALSA offers you a unique web marketing solution that guarantees your placement in the world’s leading search engine. SALSA-10 and 20 offer estimated traffic of 10,000 and 25,000 visitors, respectively to your web site in a year.

•Search-Lite search engine submission [£128/year]

Many Internet users will use search engines to find web sites. Therefore it is important that your site is listed in these search engines. Unlike Salsa which is dedicated to providing you with a top ranking, Search-Lite simply submits your site to the leading 40 search engines on a regular basis. The search engines will then list your site based on its content alone. You can use the Nimbiz tool to optimize your site for best results.

To maintain your ranking, your site must be submitted on a regular basis. This can be time consuming especially as each search engine uses a different method for accepting submissions. So we use Search-lite to do this for you on a monthly basis to all search engines.

Search-lite will even send you a monthly report detailing your position in all search engines so you can track its effectiveness. Search-lite also includes submission though the Inktomi Paid Inclusion Program. •Live Log Reports & Statistical Analysis [Module from £108/year or £8/month]

Matrix Stats provides detailed up to the minute information about visitors to your site. From these reports you will be able to see how many people are visiting your site, when they visit, where they are from, which pages are most popular, which pages people leave on, where they go, where they came from, which keywords are working best, any errors, and much, much more.

The Matrix Stats service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week once enabled. You will access it through your web browser either directly or through the Nimbiz site.
