Dear Kevin, I am writing to say a belated thank you for the extremely efficient and polite meet and greet service that you provided for us when we travelled to Stansted Airport in May. It certainly helped to make our outbound and inbound journeys smoother and easier, as it can sometimes prove challenging when travelling with tired, small children and lots of luggage!
